Exactly three entertaining things about this film:
- Bette Midler and Sarah Jessica Parker absolutely chewing up the scenery and being legitimately entertaining.
- The visual gag of a witch using a vacuum cleaner as a broomstick.
- “Billy, the friendly zombie.”
Everything else is bad.
